The service I received has been by far the WORST service EVER. office and am referred back to customer service. said 'Youre not getting a new mattress.' I have called at least 7 different s at Sears and have been hung up on twice. Try using our online help on searching for parts. One person said it would be replaced and transferred the call to set up delivery and the delivery dept.
